What happens if my delivery is delayed?
If a delivery is delayed, we are deeply apologetic for the inconvenience, especially on special occasions. There can be unforeseen delays with our courier FedEx/USPS, over which we unfortunately do not have control, and for which we cannot be held accountable. In such cases, please check the tracking link for the latest updates and contact us for any urgent questions or concerns.

What Is Your Shipping Policy?
At Dallisten®, the way we ship your Dallisten® Flowers depends on the size of the arrangement and where you are having your flowers delivered. Deliveries throughout the U.S. will ship through FedEx or UPS. Do you want to send Dallisten® Flower to a friend or loved one who is overseas? At Dallisten®, we also offer shipping to more than 50 countries throughout the world! With that in mind, most international orders may take additional processing time for order or identity verification for orders that have been flagged. If there are complications with your order, then our team will send you a notification to alert you of the delay. We offer multiple shipping options at checkout for your convenience.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
While we strive to ensure your arrangement is shipped in a timely manner, there can be unforeseen delays that are beyond our control. After checking the tracking link provided via email or by logging into our website to confirm that there is indeed a delay, please contact our concierge team so we may determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur once packages have left our warehouse.
